Annual Report

 

YPAA’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 3pm on Friday 16 March in Adelaide during the Adelaide Festival and the Adelaide Fringe Festival.  

We hope that you can attend, exercise your voting rights as a YPAA member, meet the board and YPAA staff. If you can not attend the AGM, we encourage you to return the attached proxy form as an absentee vote.

YPAA Annual General Meeting
All YPAA Members are eligible to participate in YPAA’s Annual General Meeting. Please read the attached documents prior to attending. If you are unable to attend, you may still vote using the attached proxy form.
When:  Friday 16 March, 3-4pm
Where: Carclew, 11 Jeffcott Street, North Adelaide, South Australia
Deadline: RSVP to attend AGM by 4pm, Mon 12 March.

This form is only valid if emailed to YPAA prior to the start of the meeting, or brought to the AGM by the person named as the proxy and handed to the Chair before the commencement of the meeting.

All forms must be signed with original hand writing. It is preferable that you print, sign and scan the form to return via email. Electronic signatures are not accepted.
