Access the 2012 Membership Form, decide whether you wish to represent an organisation, or individual membership.  Complete the form accordingly and specify whether you will need an invoice prior to payment.

 

 

If you require an invoice prior to payment, simply return the form via email to infoypaa [dot] net

If you do not require an invoice prior to payment, payment can be made by direct transfer or by sending a cheque.  Provide payment details on the membership form which must be returned to YPAA.

Members are highly encouraged to join or renew at one of two times - 31 January or 30 June 2012

 

New members are welcome to join at any time, however, new members are encouraged to join at 31 Jan or 30 June to take advantage of the full annual membership.

 

Existing members will be contacted when renewal is due, however, you may check your membership expiry date with Imogene on 07-3254-0553.
