YPAA is Australia’s peak association for artists and organisations working for, by and with children and young people. YPAA is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organisation during an exciting time in its history, with over 100 member organisations and an active youth arts advocacy program. The role has leadership and management responsibilities, and requires strong communication skills. ARENA THEATRE COMPANY - GENERAL MANAGER
(Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Leave Replacement)

Arena Theatre Company has toured regionally, nationally and internationally, gaining a reputation as a leading producer of contemporary performance for young audiences.  The Company is seeking a dynamic individual with strong management skills and arts industry experience to fulfill the role of General Manager for an 8-month fixed-term period while the incumbent is on maternity leave.
The General Manager is responsible for producing the Company’s annual program, human resources, marketing, sponsorship, financial management, business and production planning, IT and the management of company operations. The Artistic Director and General Manager are co-executive officers of the Company, with dual responsibility for all the corporate and legal aspects of Arena’s operations.
